    What does ESF do?

    The Empowering Spirits Foundation, Inc. (ESF) is a national non-profit, non-partisan grass-root based civil rights organization working to achieve lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) equality through community service activities.

    ESF programs are designed to encourage dialogue between the LGBT community and its non-LGBT neighbors while fostering open, non-disenfranchising communication so that others may come to see similarities rather than differences in each of us.

    Additionally, the ESF develops community awareness, collaborates with other coalitions, and empowers individuals and organizations to engage in the political process for equality through educational endeavors.
